To mark the 20th anniversary of the first web design published by Tim Berners-Lee in 1991, KISSmetrics has carried out an infographic with the title The evolution of web design (The Evolution of Web Design).

The website design has evolved in a surprising way in the past 20 years, through the impetus of new technologies on which it has based these changes.

Among the most relevant data included in this document and are an important part of the evolution of firma web design, including:

- Green is a color associated with the money you have a relaxing effect on the consumer.

- Pink is perceived as romantic and feminine color and is used, therefore, to market products specifically targeting women and girls.

- The black is a powerful color, chic and often used in the marketing of luxury brands.

- The blue and green appeal to consumers on a budget and are common in banks and major shopping centers.

- The fuchsia, light blue and pink are a magnet for traditional consumers tend to be very present in the clothing stores.

- The color is not the only factor influencing purchasing decisions. On the internet buying decisions are also important the online store design, speed of the web, and the words used to describe the firma web design products.
